Right at the end of the jetty at Lohals Havn sits a small red sauna hut with a view over the water — token-operated, with the sea as your cold dip right outside the door.

Tokens instead of booking

The sauna is self-service: you buy tokens at the harbour office, and the door code comes with your receipt. One token gives 8 minutes of heat and costs 10 kr, so you decide how long to stay.

Sauna and salt water

The building sits at the end of a small wooden jetty with steps down into the water, so the walk from the warm sauna room to a cold dip in the sea is short. There are separate rooms for men and women.

The sauna is run by Fonden Langelands Elforsyning in connection with Lohals Havn, and sits within walking distance of the boats and the rest of the harbour.
