The site is run as a private project with no company registration number (CVR).

LohalsFerien only collects data in two contexts.

Google Analytics 4 (only with consent): If you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — for example which pages are visited and where visitors come from. Data is processed by Google as a data processor. We do not use the data to identify you personally, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.

Local storage in your browser (always necessary): The site stores two things locally in your browser without sending them to a server — your favourited places, and your choice in the cookie banner. This storage is strictly necessary for the site to work as intended, and therefore doesn't require consent.

Analytics cookies (GA4) are processed based on your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Necessary storage (favourites, cookie choice) is processed because it's strictly necessary to provide the feature you yourself requested, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Data from Google Analytics is retained according to Google's own default data retention settings. Favourites and your cookie choice live exclusively in your own browser and are deleted if you clear your browser data.

We use Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) as a data processor. You can read more about how Google processes data in Google's own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access the data held about you, have incorrect information corrected, have your data deleted, and object to the processing.

You can also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority if you believe your rights aren't being respected.
